Today, I realized that most ads on Google AdSense (what you see on the right side of this page) automatically advertise offensive/sexy oriental dates or plastic surgery. I’m still working on filtering them.

Instead of setting it to show all ads and manually filtering out the bad ones; you should have it only show your pre-approved ones.
Oh yeah, you can also implement category filtering. Check the ‘Ad Review Center.’
