Weekly Mulan Analysis

I watch Mulan at least once every week, and I always pick up on something new
whether it be dialogue or lyrics to a song or whatever. Anyway, this week, I
noticed that only some of Mulan’s ancestors are actually asian. How that is
possible, I’m not sure. MLIAsian.

Permission

Me and my friend are planning a day trip out of town next week. I’m really
nervous to ask my parents because I’m pretty sure they’ll say no and make me
stay home. I’m about to be twenty one years old and a junior in college. MY LIFE

Lost in Transportation

I was supposed to meet at my friend’s house to go to a movie. She gave me a map
to her house. I was lost for about 2 hours. It turns out I was holding the map
incorrectly.

Foreign Relations

I was taking a model UN class (yes, I’m very Asian -.-;). We were reading the
textbook, when one of the white girls screams out, “WHAT’S A FOB?!”.
All the Asians laughed. She was even more confused.

I Choose You, Totoro!

I keep a Pokeball in my locker. Inside that Pokeball is a tiny Totoro plushie
that vibrates when you pull it’s tail… It’s my self esteem booster.

Mellow Yellow

Today my friend wore a yellow shirt. When she came to the table we sit at in the
morning I shouted “your  shirt is Asian.” everybody at my table stared
at me and then they asked me how it was Asian. MLIAsian.
