A few years ago, I was at a water park with a friend. We were getting lunch at
one of the food lines when one of the employees looked from me to my friend, and
back. She then asked, “Wait… you’re twins, right?”

Effective Marketing

A few weeks ago, I bought that new trident layers gum. Not because I wanted to
try it or that it looked nice, but for the Asian guy at the end of the
commercial that doesn’t get paid in gum.

No Faith in Public Schools

Today I was asked if I was Asian. A classmate yelled at the kid saying
“He’s not Asian, he’s Korean!” I no longer have faith in American
public schools.

Parental Fear

Today, I got a 70 Math average.(I’m asian) My parents gave me a lecture about
how they think I’ll fail at life and work as a coolie for the rest of my life.
It’s only the first month of the semester and I’m in Grade 9.
